We are the Replay It Leadership Board members, a group of highly motivated teens dedicated to providing underprivileged youth around the world with the same opportunities in sports that we have been fortunate to have. We are passionate about getting children involved and teaching them about the importance of sports, health, and mindfulness. Saira Nagda
Founder/CEO
Saira founded Replay It as a freshman at West Potomac High School. Now a senior, she runs for the Varsity Cross Country & Track Teams and swam for the Varsity Swim and Dive team. She also played soccer for 8 years and has played tennis. Saira believes she has been extremely fortunate to have the opportunities and resources available to her to get involved in sports and find her passions; and thought it completely unfair that so many children around the world do not get the same opportunities she does. This prompted the creation of Replay It! In her free time, she enjoys running, traveling, swimming, graphic and web design, and spending time with friends, family & her dog.
Shaan Nagda
Co founder
Shaan helped his sister, Saira, found Replay It. He is currently a freshman at West Potomac High School. He enjoys playing basketball, baseball, and swimming; and has grown up playing sports. They have helped him to develop important skills and traits he carries with him today, and he believes every child should be able to learn these skills as well. In his free time, Shaan enjoys spending time outside, hanging out with friends, reading and playing with his dog.
Abbie Litonjua
Chief operating officer
Abbie is the Chief Operating Officer at Replay It. She is a sophomore at West Potomac High School. She currently plays for West Potomac's Varsity Volleyball Team, in addition to club volleyball and swim, but has played basketball and lacrosse throughout her athletic career. Abbie believes that every child should have the opportunity to learn and play sports because it teaches you so many valuable lessons that will help you throughout your life. Abbie is passionate about teaching all children the importance of mindfulness, nutrition, exercise, and overall living a healthy lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family and playing with her three dogs.
Juliette Fore
Media Director
Juliette is the Media Director at Replay it and is a freshman at Duke University. She swam for the Varsity Swim & Dive Team and was a defender for the Varsity Lacrosse Team at West Potomac High School. Juliette has seen how sports have transformed her and her peers lives and the endless opportunities that have come from being an athlete. She believes that every child should have the opportunity to get involved with any sport and find their own passion. In her free time, Juliette enjoys spending time with friends, cooking, running, doing yoga, meditation and spending time with her family and dog.
Liliana Fore
Outreach Director
Liliana is the Outreach Director of Replay It and is a junior at West Potomac High School. She has played many sports including volleyball, basketball, soccer, swim and tennis. Liliana currently plays for the West Potomac Field Hockey Team. She has learned so much from sports and wants to help make sure others can learn through sports as well. In her free time, Liliana enjoys hanging out with her friends, cousins and family as well as her dog Pumpkin.
